Intermediate
gearbox
Every
50
hours
of
operation,
check
whether
topping
up
with
Mobil
GEAR
SHC
460
is
necessary.
Position
the
box
horizontally
before
checking
the
level.
The
maximum
content
is
0.4
kg.
The
amount
of
lubricant
inside
the
gearbox
is
checked
through
the
oil
level
plug;
once
unscrewed,
the
oil
should
be
clearly
visible.

Unit
drive
gearbox
The
main
drive
chain
of
the
unit
is
located
inside
the
first
transmission
gearbox.
Every
50
hours,
check
the
plug
(1)
and,
keeping
the
corn
head
on
the
ground,
make
sure
that
the
oil
reaches
the
level
of
the
inlet
used
for
topping
up.
Top
up
with
oils
specifically
for
gears.
The
chain
box
can
hold
approximately
5.5
litres
of
oil.
