To
replace
the
component:
‐
Loosen
the
nut
(1).
‐
Pull
the
knife
(2)
from
its
support
(3).
‐
If
the
bushing
inside
is
oval
(4),
replace
it.
‐
If
the
nut
protection
is
worn
(5),
replace
it.
‐
Insert
the
knife
when
the
inner
bushing
is
mounted.
‐
Tighten
the
nut
(1)
with
a
rotational
momentum
of
86
Nm
10)
Check
the
wear
of
the
feeder
activation
chain,
restore
its
tension.
The
chain
should
be
replaced
when
the
measurement
along
a
straight,
tight
line
of
ten
pins
is
greater
than
173
mm;
immediate
replacement
may
guarantee
minimum
pinion
wear.

DANGER:
The
stalk
chopper
knives
must
be
mounted
carefully,
checking
the
tightness
of
the
"nuts
‐
bolts"
locking
parts.
Failure
to
follow
this
instruction
may
result
in
their
being
thrown
out
during
rotation,
causing
possible
injury
or
death.
