PERFORM CAP
CLEANING
Meaning
The time has come to perform cap cleaning.
Action
Perform cap cleaning.
CHECK TUR UNIT
Meaning
A timeout occurs with a TUR unit process.
Action Change the TUR unit switch configuration.
CHANGE THE HEIGHT
OF THE PRINT HEADS
Meaning
The print head height setting of the media currently installed in the
printer does not match the print head height setting of the printer.
Action
(1) Check that the print head height setting in the EDIT MEDIA
PRESETS
menu is correct.
(2) Execute CHANGE PH HEIGHT in the PH MAINTENANCE menu to
change the height of the print heads.
