The main power cord is not
plugged in.

Ensure the power cord(s)
is firmly into the wall and

Check and replace the

Thermocouple

the cell cap
The port is filled with
cement.
The thermocouple is bent.
The hub collar is too low on
the thermocouple shaft
Use a small drill bit to clear
the cement blockage.
Replace the thermocouple
Screw the collar up until
there are 2 threads showing.
