Define the display languages

Define the display languages of the scanner and the controller

Introduction

You can toggle between two languages at the following system components.

■

The applications of the Océ Power Logic

controller.

■

The operator panel of the Océ TCS4 scanner.

The operator panel of the Océ TDS400 printer provides one language only.

Before you begin

Open the Océ Settings Editor and log on as Key Operator. Take the following
steps to log on.

Click 'File' and select 'Log on'.

Select 'Key operator' and enter the password.

How to define the display languages

Click 'View' and select 'KO settings'.

Navigate to KO - System - Regional settings - Display languages - First
language.

Define the default language

Navigate to KO - System - Regional settings - Display languages - Second
language

Define the alternative language.

Click 'Apply' to confirm the settings.

Click 'File' and select 'Log off' to prevent unauthorised use.

Result

You can use the defined settings at the scanner operator panel and the
applications of the Océ Power Logic

controller.
