8-3 Introduction to FieryBar
Restart Fiery Shuts down all Océ 1000C activity in the correct
manner before restarting. Use this option instead of
the power switch on the back of the Océ 1000C (see
“Starting and shutting down the Océ 1000C” on
page 8-4).
Clear Server Clears all jobs in all server queues, all jobs archived on
the Océ 1000C hard disk, all FreeForm masters, the
index of FreeForm masters (in the FreeForm window),
and the index of archived jobs (in the Archive
window). Consult your administrator before choosing
Clear Server.
Cancel RIP Cancels the job currently processing on the
Océ 1000C.
Cancel Print Cancels the job currently printing on the Océ 1000C.
Suspend Print Suspends communication between the Océ 1000C
and the printer. You
must suspend printing if you want
to interrupt the current Océ 1000C job so you can use
the printer to make copies or print another job first.
Jobs continue to process on the Océ 1000C. After you
make the copies, choose Resume Print to continue
printing jobs from the Océ 1000C.
Resume Print Resumes communication between the printer and the
Océ 1000C after you have finished making copies or
printing other jobs.

• Test I/F board This option is provided for service representatives only.
Contact your authorized service/support technician
for information about running this diagnostic.
• Test Email Sends a test e-mail to the system administrator’s
account specified during Setup. Check the e-mail log
to verify that the e-mail was sent successfully. The
E-mail printing feature must be enabled in Setup
before this option can be used.For details, see the
