OBH Nordica Pressure Cooker
Before use
Before you use the pressure cooker for the first time, read the instructions carefully and save
it for future reference.
- Clean all components carefully in warm water and some mild detergent. Rinse and dry
with a soft cloth.
- Fill half pressure cooker with water. Put on the lid and close it with the push button. Slide
the pressure regulator to position H, place the cooker on the source of heat at highest
setting. let boil for 10 minutes after steam leaks from the pressure regulator. Shut the heat
off and release the pressure by turning the pressure regulator to symbol . Open the
lid and clean the pressure cooker. For cleaning instructions, see chaper “Cleaning and
maintenance”.
