clock display in the “Indicator display” is set to
“Alarm”)
Alarm set: the set date (month/day/year (year in the
last 2 digits))
The set date and before the set time: The specified
time
• After the notification time, the display on the icon
display area and 2nd clock display area
disappears.

When the specified time is reached
Alarm for each function is given as shown in the
Table 1
(P.317).

When you set i-motion to the alarm, the FOMA
terminal notifies the alarm with the movie and the
voice (the animation during the alarm notification
may be changed depending on the icons and
categories you set).

To stop the alarm tone

Alarm
When the Snooze setting is set to “OFF”
Pressing any key stops the alarm tone and the
animation/i-motion. Pressing any key again emits the
release tone “pipip” and the display disappears.
When the Snooze setting is set to “ON”
Pressing any key stops the alarm tone and the
animation/i-motion, an alarm message “Snooze...”
appears, then the alarm is notified again in the set
ringing interval (minutes). Pressing
y
while
“Snooze...” appears emits the release tone “pipip” and
the snooze is canceled.

The volume of the “Schedule” and “To Do list” alarms
is determined by the “Phone” setting in “Ring volume”.
z
The volume for the Clock Alarm Tone during a call is
same as “Volume” setting level.

The alarm tone during a call is not played in Snooze
even when the Snooze setting is set to “ON”.

The setting of “Auto power ON” is applied.
When you select “OFF” in “Auto power ON”,

(Missed alarm)” desktop icon does not
appear after the FOMA terminal is turned on.
The alarm is not notified. The setting
remains effective.

The alarm tone rings through the FOMA terminal earpiece. Animations appear on the
display and the indicator display.
Earphone/microphone is
connected
Alarm notification is the same as for the “Standby screen displayed”. The alarm tone
sounds from the earphone or speaker according to the “Headset usage setting”.
Dial lock/Omakase Lock
is set
The alarm is not notified. “
(Missed alarm)” desktop icon appears when the setting
is released.
When Original lock is set
No alarm notification is given for Alarm/Schedule/To Do list. “
(Missed alarm)”
desktop icon appears.
Alarm notification is given for the 1Seg booking program.

Even if an i-motion is set in the “Alarm tone” setting,
the alarm is notified with the Clock Alarm tone and the
animation for the specified icon and category when
i-motion cannot be activated such as during a call.

If “Alarm”, “Schedule”, “To Do list” or “Booking
program” alarms are set at the same time, alarm
priority is assigned as follows:

If alarm notification is failed, the “
