Downloading Various Data
from Sites
You can enormously expand the range of uses for
your FOMA terminal by downloading additional data
such as dictionaries, Decomail-pictures, Auto
Decomail-pictures, Deco-mail template from sites.
z
You can save up to the following number of
downloaded data, including the pre-installed data.
• Dictionary : up to 5
• Image of Decomail-picture or Auto Decomail-
picture : up to 1000
• Template : up to 45
• Chara-den : 10
• ToruCa : up to 100
* The number of data you can actually store may be
reduced depending on the file size.

When the dictionaries are full
Select the dictionary to delete “YES”
The selected dictionary is overwritten and new
dictionary is saved.
Using the Phone To/AV Phone
To, Mail To, Web To and Media
To Functions
<Phone To/AV Phone To, Mail To, Web To and Media To functions>
These functions provide quick and simple procedures
for making calls, sending mail or viewing websites
using information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses,
URLs, etc.) displayed in mail or on a site. You can
also start 1Seg.

You may not be able to use this function for the
mails or sites sent from a PC.
z
You may use items in which a phone number, mail
address, and URL are not indicated but linked (e.g.
“Please contact here”).
z
You cannot use this function on the chat mail
screen.
Phone To/AV Phone To function
You can call or compose an SMS for the phone
number in the displayed site or mail.
z
You can enter up to 26 digits as a phone number.

Mail To function
You can send a mail to a mail address displayed on a
site, in a mail, PDF data or the Full Browser screen.

You cannot use the Mail To function when draft
mails are full.

You may not be able to use the Mail To function
when 2 or more e-mail addresses are displayed in
sequence.
z
You can enter up to 50 single-byte characters as an
e-mail address.
z
When 2in1 is in B mode, this function is not
available.

To restore the Chara-den pre-installed in the FOMA
terminal after deleting it, download it from the “ みんな
N らんど ” site (only in Japanese). Packet
communication charges are applied for the download.

The file name used for a template with no title is
“YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm” (Y = year, M = month, D = day,
h = hour, m = minute).

You may not be able to download data depending on
sites or the file size.
