Setting the Flashing Mode of the Illumination Lamps
Setting the flashing mode when the FOMA terminal is folded or
charging completes <Illumination window>
Default setting Close illumination: ON Charge completion: 15 seconds
You can specify whether to flash the illumination lamps or not when the FOMA terminal is folded or charging
completes.

Select any item:
Close illumination …… Sets whether to flash the illumination lamps or not (ON/OFF) when the FOMA terminal is
folded. When set to “ON”, the aqua illumination lamps flash for about 5 seconds in turn.
Charge completion
……
Selects the flashing time of the illumination lamps after charging completes from “15
seconds/1 minute/5 minutes/OFF”. Select “OFF” not to flash the illumination lamps.
When the flashing time is set, the aqua illumination lamps flash in turn.

MessageR/F: Color 1 Set pattern: Standard Color name: Color 1-12 Missed info: ON
You can set the color and pattern (flashing pattern) with which the incoming call lamp flashes when you
receive voice or videophone calls, mail, chat mail and Message R/F.
● You can set different flashing colors respectively for incoming calls and messages from specific phone numbers, e-
mail addresses and groups.

Set color …… Selects the flash color of the incoming call lamp for “Phone (voice phone)/Video-phone/Mail/Chat mail/
MessageR/MessageF”.
The incoming call lamp is turned on with the selected color while setting.
Color 1 to 12: The lamp flashes by the selected color.
Gradation
: The lamp flashes by the colors of 1 to 12 in the order.

You cannot change the flashing pattern (speed). The flashing speed is always set to the speed of “Pattern 1” of “Illumination in talk”
(P.129).

If you set Charge completion setting to other than “OFF”, even when the FOMA terminal is turned off during charging, aqua
illumination lamps flash in turn when charging is completed.
