To replace the fluid tube, perform the following steps:
1. Follow steps 1 through 7 in Disassembling the RA-16 Rotary
Atomizer earlier in this section.
2. Follow steps 2 through 4 in Removing and Repairing the Turbine
earlier in this section.
3. See Figure 7-4. Disconnect the nozzle (5).
4. Press the fluid tube (7) out through the back of the turbine (6).
5. Insert a new fluid tube (7).
6. Follow steps 2 through 7 in Assembling the RA-16 Rotary Atomizer
later in this section.
To repair the speed sensor, perform the following steps:
1. See Figure 7-5. Unscrew the strain relief nut (2).
2. Unscrew and remove the magnetic speed pick-up assembly (1) from
the speed-sensor housing (4).
3. Install a new magnetic speed pick-up assembly (1).
