6. The RA-16 rotary atomizer is supplied with a 0.41-cm (0.161-in.) ID
fluid tube. If you need to use a 0.254-cm (0.100-in.) ID fluid tube, see
Figure 3-2 and do the following:
a. loosen the three hex bolts (1) on the interface plate (2)
b. remove the three screws from the rear shroud
c. remove the two allen-head screws (3) from the valve plate (4)
d. push the fluid tube (5) from the front of the RA-16 rotary atomizer
through the back of the turbine
e. press a 0.254-cm (0.100-in.) ID fluid tube (5) into the turbine plate
f. reattach the valve plate (4) and shroud
g. tighten the three hex bolts (1) on the interface plate (2)
