ASSEMBLING THE ROLL NECK
4.1 Open the chin strap (see speci
fi
c instructions) and pull the front part of the left
cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet to release the snap fastener from the
left frame (Fig.17). Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
4.2 Release the left rear
fl
ap of the liner from the shell edge by slightly puling the com-
fort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.19). Then repeat the operation
with the central
fl
aps and with the right
fl
ap too.
4.3 Insert the roll neck into the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig.23).
4.4 Insert the right, central and left rear
fl
aps of the liner into the corresponding seats
of the shell edge (Fig.19). Push the
fl
aps until they are fully hooked onto the sup-
port.
Warning:
ensure that the right and left side
fl
aps of the liner are positioned cor-
rectly in the cavities present between the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the
outer shell (Fig.21). Otherwise, repeat operations 1.5 and 2.3.
4.5 Hook the roll neck left eyelet to the left frame (Fig.18), ensuring that the frame
central hole remains unhindered. Repeat the same operation on the right side of
the helmet.
4.6 Push the cheek pad padding at the snap fastener located on the rear part thereof
by fastening it to the hooking seat of the frame
fi
xed to the shell (Fig.17), then at-
tach the left front
fl
ap of the roll neck to the cheek pad. Repeat the same operation
on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING
-
Remove the inner comfort padding only when cleaning or washing is required.
-
Do not use the helmet before correctly reassembling its inner comfort padding and
its cheek pads with the expanding foam thereof.
-
Carefully wash by hand and use neutral soap and water at 30° max only.
-
Rinse using cold water and dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
-
Do not wash the inner comfort padding by machine.
-
The inner polystyrene is an easily deformable material. It is apt to change or get
partially destroyed to help absorb shocks.
-
Do not modify or alter the internal polystyrene components of the helmet in any
way.
-
Clean the inner polystyrene components using a damp cloth only and allow it to
dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
-
Do not use tools and equipment to carry out the operations described above.

ADJUSTING THE ROLL NECK STRETCH
The stretch of the roll neck can be adjusted to adapt the stretch of the roll neck to the
morphology of the users and the various riding positions.
5.1 To increase the roll neck stretch, press the button of the left strap clip and simul-
taneously pull the elastic strap towards the rear part of the helmet (Fig.24). Then
repeat the operations on the other side of the helmet.
5.2 To decrease the roll neck stretch, press the left strap clip button and simultane-
ously push the rear part of the roll neck to loosen the stretch of the elastic strap
(Fig.25). Then repeat the operations on the other side of the helmet.

ASSEMBLING THE INNER COMFORT PADDING
2.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and
fi
t it well against the base.
2.2 Insert the chin strap band into the corresponding slot in the liner at the area of the
cheek pads (Fig.22). Follow the previous operations on the right side of the helmet.
2.3 Insert the right and left side
fl
aps of the liner pushing them into the cavities be-
tween the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the outer shell (Fig.21).
2.4 Insert the left front
fl
ap of the liner into the corresponding seat present on the
support
fi
xed to the polystyrene inner shell and push it downwards until it is com-
pletely hooked. Repeat the operation with the central and right
fl
ap too (Fig.20).
Warning:
check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering
the VPS whose movement should be unhindered. Otherwise, repeat operations
1.4 and 2.4.
2.5 Insert the right, central and left rear
fl
aps of the liner into the corresponding seats
of the shell edge (Fig.19). Push the
fl
aps until they are fully hooked onto the sup-
port.
2.6 Hook the roll neck left eyelet to the left frame (Fig.18), ensuring that the frame
central hole remains unhindered. Repeat the same operation on the right side of
the helmet.
2.7 Push the cheek pad padding at the snap fastener located on the rear part thereof
by fastening it to the hooking seat of the frame
fi
xed to the shell (Fig.17), then at-
tach the left front
fl
ap of the roll neck to the cheek pad. Repeat the same operation
on the right side of the helmet.

DISASSEMBLING THE ROLL NECK
To disassemble the roll neck, lift the VPS, open the visor completely and remove the
chin guard from the helmet (see instructions above).
3.1 Open the chin strap (see speci
fi
c instructions), remove the left front roll neck
fl
ap
from the cheek pad; pull the front part of the left cheek pad towards the inside of
the helmet to release the snap fastener located on the left frame (Fig.17). Repeat
the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
3.2 Release the roll neck left eyelet from the left frame (Fig.18). Repeat the same op-
eration on the right side of the helmet.
3.3 Release the left rear

ap of the liner from the shell edge by slightly puling the com-
fort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.19). Then repeat the operation
with the central
fl
aps and with the right
fl
ap too.
3.4 Remove the roll neck from the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig.23).
3.5 Insert the right, central and left rear
fl
aps of the liner into the corresponding seats
of the shell edge (Fig.19). Push the
fl
aps until they are fully hooked onto the sup-
port.
Warning:

3.6 Push the padding of the cheek pad at the snap fastener located at the rear part
thereof by hooking it to the hooking seat of the frame
fi
xed to the shell (Fig.17).
Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
