FILTER SHAKER OPERATION CHECK
1.
During machine operation, when the filter is supposed to be obstructed, press the button (8) to activate the
filter shaker motor and check that the related noise is audible. Restart machine operation and check if the
filter has been shaken. If the filter has been shaken correctly, the machine intake capability is greatly
improved.
2.
If necessary, carry out the Filter shaker electric motor replacement, as indicated below.
FILTER SHAKER ELECTRIC MOTOR REPLACEMENT
1.
Turn the ignition key (10) to OFF position and activate the parking brake (17).
2.
Open the hood (21) and fix it with the support rod (36).
3.
Disconnect the battery electrical connector (38).
4.
Remove the cover (52) from the panel filter compartment (it is resting).
5.
Disconnect the filter shaker motor (B) electrical connection (A).
6.
Loosen (without removing them) the screws (B) from both sides.
7.
Pull out the bezel (C) by disengaging its slots (D) from the screws.
A type motor
8.
At the cabinet bench, remove the nuts (E) and the two collars (F).
9.
Remove the filter shaker motor (G).
B type motor
10. Remove the screws (H) and the guard (I) at the cabinet bench.
11. Remove the screws (L) and the filter shaker motor (M).
12. Install in the reverse order of removal.
