FRONT FLAP CONTROL CABLE REPLACEMENT
1.
Drive the machine on a level ground.
2.
Turn the ignition key (10) to OFF position and activate the parking brake (17).
3.
Remove the left side brush (27), if present.
4.
Operating on the left front side of the front flap, disconnect the clip and detach the cable end (A) from the
support (B).
5.
Loosen the register (C) and remove it from the support.
6.
Operating under the flap lifting pedal (14), remove the clamp (D) from the cable.
7.
Disconnect the clip and detach the cable end (E) from the flap lifting pedal lever (F).
8.
Remove the front flap control cable (G).
9.
Carry out steps from 4. to 8. in the reverse order.
10. Adjust the height and check the operation of the front flap, as described on the following pages.

Press the front (14) flap lifting pedal completely and check that the front flap lifts 5 cm approximately.
–
Release the pedal and check that the flap returns to the initial position and not in an intermediate
position. If necessary, adjust the flap lifting cable by means of the register (C).
11. Carry out steps from 1. to 3. in the reverse order.
