Out of dispatch coverage

If this message appears, you are not within an area of sufficient
wireless coverage to place a Nextel Direct Connect call. Call again
later.
Invalid Mode
If this message appears, you have dialed an invalid number when
you attempted to join a talkgroup. Type a valid talkgroup number
and place your call again.
Invalid Area ID
If this message appears, the Area ID of the contact that you are
trying to call is out of range. Check your contact’s Nextel Direct
Connect Number (DCID) and place your call again.
Isolated Site Operation
If this message appears, the handheld’s radio is in Isolated Site
Operation and cannot place a Nextel Direct Connect call. Call
again later.
High Battery Condition
If this message appears, you cannot place a Nextel Direct Connect
call because the handheld’s radio is being used outside the
normal operating conditions. Call again later. Refer to the product
information in the
Getting Started Guide
for more information.
High Temperature
Condition
If this message appears, you cannot place a Nextel Direct Connect
call because the handheld’s radio is being used outside the
normal operating conditions. Call again later. Refer to the product
information in the
Getting Started Guide
for more information.
Invalid Fleet Member ID
If this message appears, you have attempted to place a Nextel
Direct Connect call to a contact whose Nextel Direct Connect
Number (DCID) is out of range. Check the DCID and place your call
again.
Number Not In Service
If this message appears, you have typed an invalid talkgroup
number or Direct Connect ID. Check the number and try your call
again.
Please Try Later
If this message appears, there is a problem with the Nextel
wireless network. Call again later.
Service Conflict
If this message appears, there is a problem with the Nextel
wireless network. Call again later.
User Busy In Private
If this message appears, the contact that you are trying to call is
connected to a private call with another contact. Call again later.
User Busy In Data
If this message appears, the contact that you are trying to call is
using an application that uses the Nextel wireless network. Call
again later.
User Not Authorized
If this message appears, the handheld that you are trying to call is
not provisioned for Nextel Direct Connect.
