This command configures the duration of the lease for an IP address that is assigned from 
a DHCP server to a DHCP client. The overall lease time should be between 1-86400 
minutes. If

 is specified, lease is set for 60 days.

Hours

 is an integer from 0 to 1439. 

Minutes

 is an integer from 0 to 86399.
