Using the Enhanced Utilities (1)
To correct or delete the registered contents, press the No/Clear key to select
“EDIT/DEL”.
If you don’t want to change the registered contents, press the Yes key to select
“KEEP”. The display returns to the display of step 3.

The Group registered in One Touch Dial key is deleted and the display is changed

5. To correct the registered name, press the No/Clear key to
delete the name you want to correct.

6. Using the One-Touch keys, enter the name of the group. A name can consist of up to
20 characters.
7. If a wrong character has been entered, press
◄
key. The cursor position moves back
one position. Enter the correct character again.
8. Check the group name entered and, if it is correct, press the Yes key to validate the
group name setting.
9. Specify the parties you want to register into
that group.
One Touch Dial, Speed Dial, or Phone
Book may be used to select the destinations.
If the destination has already been registered, the following display is shown.
Note : The following procedures explain how to specify parties by each Dialing
method.
10. Specifying the Parties Using One Touch Dial
Press the One Touch key that is registered with the destination you want to register for
Group Dial.
For example: To specify One Touch Dial 04 (Tokyo) for Group Dial 01:
Press One Touch key 04,the Message
Display shows the party registered in One
Touch key 04, indicating that it has been
selected for Group Dial 01.
