6. Using the
▲ or ▼ key to select the destination
you want.
7. Press the Yes key.
The Message Display now shows the
receiving destination you selected, indicating
that it has been specified for Broadcast 001.
8. Press the Yes key if the party has been correctly
selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next receiving destination.
If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the
No/Clear key will cancel the inclusion of this
destination in the broadcast. The previous screen
will reappear.
If you want to continue selecting the receiving destinations using Phone Book, repeat
step 1 to 8.
(5) Using the Numeric keys to specify the destinations.
1. Transmit a document to a destination which is not
registered in memory.
For example: Specify a destination (the fax number is
0354237801) for Broadcast [001] which is not registered
in memory. Enter the fax number of the destination with
the Numeric keys.
