DID Call Handling
The following steps illustrate how the system handles DID calls when the call
is not
intercepted by an exten-
sion’s Call Forwarding or Extension Hunting.
Basic DID Call Handling
1.
If yes:

If yes, the call rings the destination extension.
- If unanswered, go to the next step for routing.

If yes and the intercept condition is met, the call routes to the Station Intercept destination set up in:
