Wait for the baseline to be set.

Pull the piston all the way out as slow or as fast as required by the flow level
that is displayed.

Push the piston all the way in again with the same speed.

To end the maneuver, pull the piston briefly again.
If the maneuver was not acceptable, you need to repeat steps
