This group of functions is intended to check all param

eters relative to the operation of the machine.

Use this function to set up the current date and time.
The value is used to manage the time band and statis
-
tics.
In case of power failure, the machine keeps the set up
date and time by means of a buffer battery.

The operation of the cooling system can be programmed
for the following functions.

ENablE
You can disable the operation of the cooling unit. The
change will apply as soon as you restart the machine.
Enable the cooling unit to modify the parameters:
temperature, defrost range and enable the temperature
record.
tEmpEraturE
You can directly set the refrigerated box temperature val
-
ue during the operation in degrees °C (from 6 to 20°C).
The temperature is 8°C by default.
The differential deviation from the temperature set for the
start/stop of the cooling unit is 2°C.

Efrost
The function allows for a 20-minute defrost cycle (the
cooling unit is powered off, regardless of the tempera
-
ture). The time interval between one cycle and the other
one can be programmed from 0 to 99 hours (every 6
hours by default); the time interval will be determined ac
-
cording to the environmental humidity and the number of
times the door is opened.
If the time is set to 0, the function is disabled.

The inner temperature is stored every 10 minutes. Use
this function to read date, time and recorded tempera

It enables/disables (ON/OFF) the anticondensate heat

Set to OFF by default.
