WARNING:
When using gasoline powered equipment, basic safety precautions,
including the following, should always be followed to reduce the risk of serious
personal injury and/or damage to the unit. Read all these warnings and
instructions before operating this product. Save this Instruction Manual for future
reference.
Don’t operate when you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol,
otherwise, may result in serious injury.
Operators must be specially trained. The persons who are not qualified to
operate gasoline engines are strictly forbidden to operate this gasoline engine.
During operation, the gasoline engine exhaust gas contains toxic compounds
of CO and CH. In order to avoid accidents, do not use the engine indoors. If it
must be used indoors, the exhaust gases must be led outdoors and the outlet
of the guide pipe must be not less than 1 metre (3 ft.) from doors & windows.
Meanwhile, there must be free flow of air into and out of the room.
The engine and exhaust system become very hot during operation and remain
hot for a while after stopping. Contact with hot engine components can cause
burn injuries and can ignite some materials.
Keep gasoline out of the reach of children.
Don’t allow the placement of flammables, explosives, and any other dangerous
substances near the gasoline engine.
The working area must be well ventilated.
Fire sources must be kept at least 10 metres (33 feet) away from the engine.
Be sure the engine is upwind of any fire source.
Before fueling or adding lubricant, the engine must be stopped and allowed to
cool.
Smoking during refueling is strictly prohibited.
Don’t allow fuel or lubrication oil overflow. If the fuel or lubrication oil overflow or
leak out, thoroughly clean it away before the engine is started.
To avoid engine damage, do not start the gasoline engine before filling the
lubrication oil reservoir.
Exposure to gasoline is dangerous to the health, and can severely affect the
respiratory system, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, brain, etc. Long-term repeated
contact with gasoline can lead to skin cancer. After each use gasoline, wash
hands with soap and water as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children.
Protect the environment when disposing of used gasoline. Check with local
authorities concerning waste product disposal.
Do not pour used gasoline into the dustbin, sewer or the ground.
