two positions:
rear – “direct gear”, forward – “lowering

Starter and instruments switch
Switch (1) has four positions:
• 0 — «it is switched off»
• I — «Instruments are included»
• II — «Starter is included» (unstable)
• III — «Feed of radio receiver» (turn of key
counter-clockwise)
