Remove cylinder head covers (→ Page 145).

2.

Install barring tool (→ Page 129).

3.

Turn crankshaft in direction of rotation using
barring tool until TDC mark (1) and pointer (2)
are aligned.

Calibrating measuring jigs 1 and

Place measuring unit (2) on calibration
