Screw in screw adapter (2) by hand.
9.
Tighten screw adapter (2) to specified torque using a torque wrench.

Insert sensor in union (2).

Tighten union nut (1) to specified torque using a torque wrench.

Remove covers.
Note:
Use new O-ring (6).
13.
Coat O-ring (6) with assembly compound
(Kluthe Hakuform 30–15).
14.
Insert O-ring (6) in groove of intake elbow (7).
Note:
Use new gasket (3).
15.
Install intake elbow (7) with new gasket (3)
on bellows and on exhaust turbocharger.
16.
Tighten screw connections (1, 2, 4) on bellows after gas mixer to specified torque using a torque wrench.
