OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
FIELD 10 - START / ENTER Button
Starts a program or activity and confirms the option
selected by the user.
FIELD 11 - STOP / RESET DATA Button
Pauses the exercise and erases the data.

Changes the functions displayed in the electronic module:
DISTANCE or CYCLES
SPEED or RPM WATTS or
CALORIES
PROGRAMS
QUICK START
When the user starts the exercise, the control panel turns on and activates the QUICK
START program automatically. Rotate the LOAD SELECTOR to obtain the required
resistance. The charge level is indicated in the LOAD window. The time, calories and
distance will count from zero.
PAUSE / STOP
During exercise, press STOP / ZERO once to pause the count. Press START / ENTER to
restart the count.
Press STOP / RESET twice to erase all data and return to the start status.
PROGRAM CHOICE
Press the PROGRAM key to select a program from P1 to P7, then press the START / ENTER
key to confirm. The program number will be displayed in the HEART RATE window.
The time will be counted when the user begins to pedal. If the user stops pedaling, the
counters will stop.
