HEART RATE
Monitoring your heart rate is crucial so you can control the intensity of the exercise.
To check the heart rate or monitor heart rate programs, use the Heart Rate Sensor (chest
strap), Heart Rate Sensor of the bicycle or pulse.
HEART RATE SENSOR
It is a sensor that is sensitive to the touch of the hands.
When you touch it, your heart rate will be recorded.
Hold firmly on both sensors and after approximately 10
seconds the heart rate display in the form of beats per
minute and light pulsation of the bar graph will appear
on the "window".
When your heartbeat is outside the programmed limits,
the electronic module will emit an intermittent sound
(beep ...).
The sensor is located on the handlebar.
PULSE -
Put your middle and index fingers on your radial
pulse to feel the heartbeat. Count the beats for 15 sec-
onds and multiply the result by 4. This will give you your
heart rate per minute.
PEDALS WITH STRAP
To provide greater safety and comfort, the pedals of the
equipment have handles. Before starting the activities
with the equipment, adjust the handles according to the
desired size.
