PROGRAM 1

10 MIN. ZONE
If P1 is selected, the TIME window displays "10:00" minutes and the HEART RATE
window displays P1. Press START / ENTER to start the program. Rotate the LOAD
SELECTOR to obtain the required resistance.
PROGRAM 2 - TIME ADJUSTMENT
If P2 is selected, the TIME window displays "20:00" minutes and the HEART RATE
window displays P2. The other windows remain off.

to set the desired exercise time. Press START / ENTER to save the desired

resistance. The time window counts down from the desired time to zero.
PROGRAM 3 - DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
If P3 is selected, the DISTANCE window displays "1.00" minute and the HEART RATE
window displays P3. The other windows remain off.

to set the desired distance. The increase or decrease in distance is 0.5 km.

Press START / ENTER to save the desired distance and to start the program.
Rotate the LOAD SELECTOR to obtain the required resistance. The DISTANCE counts
down from the desired time to zero.
PROGRAM 4 - CALORIES ADJUSTMENT
If P4 is selected, the CALORIES window displays "100" and the HEART RATE window
displays P4. The other windows remain off.

resistance. The CALORIES counter makes a countdown from the desired time to zero.
PROGRAM 5 - FAT BURN - 60 ~75%
If P5 is selected, the AGE / LOAD window displays "30" years and the HEART RATE
window displays P5. The other windows remain off.
