WARRANTY
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. The warranty is applied to the Movement products only when:
1-1. The product has been purchased by the original buyer and with proof of
original purchase (purchase invoice):
1-2. Has not been the object of: any accidents, inadequate use or negligence,
improper operation, abuse, transportation and inadequate storage,
maintenance in a way that differs from the specifications contained in the
instructions guide, inappropriate servicing, or modifications not executed by
Brudden;
1-3. The spare parts used were supplied by Brudden; 1-4 Complaints made
during the warranty period.
2. This warranty does not cover damage or faults in equipments caused by the lack of
basic maintenance as described in this Manual.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
Products repaired or modified by outsources, without prior written authorization by
Brudden;
Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the
product;
Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered or
damaged identification;
Pick ups and deliveries in relation to repairs,
No service expense occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Brudden Limited Warranty after care service can be obtained by contacting an
authorized dealer or contacting the dealer from whom the product was purchased.
The costs related to transport of the product to the authorized service center (any
technical visits) of an authorized Assistant will be paid for by the Buyer, irrespective of
whether the product is under warranty or not.
The responsibility of the current warranty is exclusively limited to the repair,
modification, or replacement of the provided product.
Brudden is not responsible for damages to people, third parties, other equipment and
facilities, lost profits, or any incidental damages.
Movement reserves the right to halt the manufacture of its products without prior
notice and/or modify the specifications and introduce improvements to products at any
time, without being subject to any obligation to modify an products that were made in
the past.
