Your radio number is 4282564.

Dial 456 (instead of 4282456, the full number).

To place the call, press the PTT button or theSEND key.
7.10 Dual Control Head
This feature allows you to use two Control Heads (Master and Slave) with one transceiver. Both Control Heads have
the same functionality, except the WAP service and the Remote Programming and both displays contain the same
information. All of the radio functionality is available only when the Master is on.
If this feature is enabled by your service provider, one of the icons is displayed all the time.
Check with your service provider default accessory selections and the radio behavior for all types of calls as
each control head can have different setup.
7.10.1 Master Single Control Head Mode
This mode occurs when the connection between the Master and Slave was not established upon power up and when
Slave was switched off. The Single Control Head icons is displayed.
7.10.2 Slave Standalone Mode
It is related to Slave Control Head when the Master Control Head is turned off. In this mode no radio functionality is
available, except ON/OFF button.
7.10.3 Dual Control Head Link
If the Dual Control Head Link is established between Master and Slave Control Head, the Dual Control Head icon
is displayed and the full functionality is available on both. Otherwise when the link is broken or lost, Link Error
icon is displayed and only the Master Control Head has a full functionality.
7.10.4 Dual Control Head Keys Interactions
If any key except EMERGENCY button and is pressed on any Control Head, the icon is displayed and all the
keys are blocked on the other Control Head.
Your service provider can adjust the time that the keypad is blocked on the other Control Head. At any
time EMERGENCY button and ON/OFF key can be pressed on both Control Heads.
Initiating and ending WAP session can be done from both Control Heads. However ongoing WAP session is only
available on Master. In such case a notification is displayed on Slave.
