Resetting the LEX Device
Use this procedure to reset the LEX device.
When and where to use:
If the device does not operate properly, perform the following procedure.
Procedure:

Power off and on the device and verify if the problem is gone.
The device restarts. If the problem remains, perform Step 2.
CAUTION:
To avoid erasing important data from your device, do not press any of the
buttons during power up.

Press the
Power
button and hold it for 10 seconds.
The device restarts.

Remove the battery, reinsert it, and verify if the problem is gone.
The device restarts. If the problem remains, contact technical support.
