Google Keyboard Settings
The Google Keyboard Settings may be personalized to meet your preferences.

Setting Description
Languages Selects the language used in the keyboard.
Preferences
One-handed mode Allows you to enter text with one hand by ad-
justing the keyboard to either your left or right
hand.
Custom input styles Allows you to select the input style: German
(QWERTY) or French (QWERTZ) .
Long press for symbols Allows you to access hinted symbols.
Keyboard height Allows you to adjust the size of your keyboard.
Sound on keypress Makes a sound on the device when a key is
pressed.
Vibrate on keypress Vibrates the device when a key is pressed.
Vibration strength on keypress Allows you to adjust vibration strength on key-
press.
Popup on keypress Pops up a duplicate of the key pressed.
Voice input key Allows you to speak the name of the key to in-
put a key.
Key long press delay Allows you to set the duration of the long press
popup.
Show emojis in symbols keyboard Shows recently used emojis in suggestion strip
of symbols keyboard.
Theme
Theme Allows you to select the keyboard theme: you
can choose from one of your images, or from
other themes available on the device.
Text correction
Show suggestions Displays suggested words while typing.
Next-word suggestions Anticipates the next word that you want to type
based on the last word typed.
Personalized suggestions Allows the device to learn from your typed data
to improve suggestions.
Auto-correction Sets the level of auto-correction to: Off , Mod-
est , Aggressive , or Very aggressive .
