Undo and remove the five screws fixing

the alternator belt cover.

•

Remove the oil radiator lower support

bracket and the alternator belt cover.

Locking torques (N*m)

Alter-

nator belt cover screw - TCEI M6x16 (4)

Loosen the screw.

•

Loosen the nut and undo the set screw

so that the alternator slides down.

•

Using the belt tensioning tool, tension

the belt to the prescribed torque.

•

Tighten the set screw.

•

Tighten the lock nut.
