12. Tube Lifters
(1)Function
The tube lifters are on the back of the dentist’s tray.
They hold the tubes up so that the tubes will not touch the floor and get
contaminated or dirty.
(2)Ring
The ring and its rollers can be disinfected by wiping with alcohol.
To take the main tubes out of their rings, refer to [5] 5. (1) 4) of this manual.
(3)Wire Stoppers *
The wires use a spring to hold the tubes up.
If there is too much load on the tubes, the wires can be extended and the
load reduced with the wire stoppers.
1)Hold the ring and pull the wire out to the right length.
2)Put the wire stopper on the wire so that it is stopped at the right
length.
Fit the wire into the groove in the wire stopper and tighten up the
set screw. (1.5mm Allen wrench)

CAUTION
Do not hold onto the ring and pull or yank the wire with too much force.
>>Doing so could cause the wire to break resulting in a serious accident or injury.
