Check for loose or wobbly chair, light arm,
basin unit, seat, instrument holders etc.
Check for obstacles beneath the seat and
around the chair.(See CAUTION at the be-
ginning of section [5].)
Check that chair emergency stop works
properly. (See section [5] 3. (2) of this
manual.)
Check for drain, air, water and gas leakage
(look for wet spots or stains and listen for
the sound of escaping air)
Check the base and plumbing pit housing
for scrapes, correct installation, tilting, and
abnormal noise.
Ensure the foot control, panel switches, air
turbine, micromotor ultra sonic scaler and
the other instruments all work normally.
Ensure various functions and equipment
such as the auto filler, basin, gas burner
and interlock work properly.
Adjust or tighten.
Remove any obstacles and create a clear
area around the equipment.
Check that chair emergency stop and safety
switches work properly.
Check all connections and repair if neces-
sary.
Inspect visually and by moving the chair.
Test each instrument by operating it to en-
sure changeover,display and operation are
all nomal. Also check the Clean System.
Check that these work properly, are cor-
rectly adjusted, and run for the specified
time.
