20.9 • NO WATER ALARM
20.10 • NO WASHING WATER ALARM
20.11 • FLOWMETER ALARM
If there is no water during a cooking cycle, it’s displa-
yed “H2O” and the expected acoustic signals turn on.
Any cooking in progress IS NOT discontinued, but
you disable the water injection.
To silence the buzzer, press any key.
NOTE - If the problem is not resolved, or the humidi-
ty is reduced to 0, the alarm repeats after 30 secon-
ds.
When you enable a a washing program, the device
performs a water pressure control in the humidifier.
If the pressure is too low, the “H2O Err” message
appears with the flashing drop icon and the required
acoustic signals turn on.
Pressing any button turns off the buzzer and stops
the equipment.
Check that the equipment water inlet valves are open
and that the water pressure is greater than 150 kPa
(21,7 Psi). Also check that there are no leaks in the
pipes and in connections with the mains water.
If the alarm continues, contact the technical support.
With a washing program running, if the flow rates of
the flowmeter do not meet the parameters set, the
flashing “H2O Err” message appears on the screen,
the acoustic signals provided turn one and the drain
valve opens.
Press any key to silence the buzzer.
Check that the equipment water inlet valves are open
and that the water pressure is greater than 150 kPa
(21,7 Psi). Also check that there are no leaks in the
pipes and in connections with the mains water.
If the problem is resolved, the washing program will
start from the first rinse cycle.
The “H2O” message is shown on the display along
with the time remaining for the entire rinse cycle.
At the end, “H2O” and “End” are displayed to re-
port that an alarm occurred when the program was
running.
At the end, remove any residual detergent (using pro-
tective gloves) and rinse (manually or automatically).
If the alarm continues, contact the technical support.
