11.5 • MANUAL - COOKING CYCLE: TIMED MIX
Upon the equipment startup, it’s displayed a screen
as shown in the figure.
by default, it is set a convection manual program with
single timed cycle.
To switch to the mix cooking mode, press simulta-
neously the CONVECTION and STEAM buttons.
To change the temperature in the cavity, press the CA-
VITY TEMPERATURE button and change the value by
turning the knob (to the right to increase, to the left to
decrease). Once you reach the desired value, confirm
by pressing ENTER.
NOTE - The new temperature that you want to set will
continue to flash until it is confirmed. If this is not
done within a few seconds, the program will revert to
the previous value.You can set a temperature between
30°C and 280°C (86°F and 536°F).
Then set the time; press the PRObE / TIME button
and turn the knob to enter the desired value.
Press ENTER to confirm.
NOTE - The new time that you want to set will con-
tinue to flash until it is confirmed. If this is not done
within twenty seconds, the program will revert to the
previous value.
NOTE - To set an INF (endless) time, turn the knob to
the left, endless mode appears after the 0:00 time.
NOTE - Time has priority over the chamber, so as
soon as the set time is reached, the cycle will finish
even if the temperature in the chamber has not rea-
ched the set value.
Then, press the HUMIDITY button and set a value
between 1 and 99%, so that the equipment will ma-
nage the “climachef” device, the opening of the vent
and the humidification water injection based on the
percentage entered.
NOTE - The new humidity percentage that you want to
set continues to flash until it is confirmed; if this does
not occur within a few seconds, the program will keep
the old value.
