18 • WASHING PROGRAMS (OPTIONAL)
To access the washing programs, press the P button
and turn the knob to the left.
Programs available:
• q
ri - quick rinse (about 15 minutes)
• SCS - soft washing (about 1 hour and 30 minutes)
• SCH - hard washing (about 2 hours and 30 minutes)
• riA - rinse aid (about 1 hour)
If the temperature in the cooking cavity is too high
to perform a washing cycle, the “too HOT” messa-
ge is displayed. Cool the cavity before starting a
washing cycle.
NOTE - Before carrying out any type of cleaning, do
the following:
• Remove the trays and racks
• Clean the drain filter
• Remove food debris
• Close the door
NOTE - DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR DURING THE WA-
SHING OPERATION. Any opening of the door blocks
the current washing by displaying the “CLD” messa-
ge flashing on the display accompanied by a beep.
Closing the door does restart the washing from where
it left off.
IMPORTANT - In case the appliance is provided with
the optional “Door Lock”, it will be activated automa-
tically at the start of one of the 4 washing programs
(blocking the door). The door lock will turn off auto-
matically at the end of the washing.
While running a washing program it is possible
to temporarily disable the door lock by pressing
“START/STOP”; the door lock icon disappears from
the display and the word “PAU” appears flashing
indicating that the washing program is paused. To re-
sume the program and reactivate the door lock press
“START/STOP” again.
NOTE - During the washing program, the deactivation
of the door lock is done only by pressing “START/
STOP” without entering any password.
