NOTE - With the program running, you cannot change
the cooking mode or switch between the time mode to
the core probe mode (and vice versa), but you can do
it for the next cycles still not enabled.
NOTE - You can set cycles with different cooking
modes.
12 • DELAYED STARTUP
The DELAYED STARTUP allows you to set the time
and date of commencement of a preloaded program.
To set a delayed startup, simultaneously press P and
PRObE / TIME buttons for about 5 seconds.
The message dL _ (delayed startup) is displayed at
the top of the screen and the Pro (program) item is
shown at the bottom; press ENTER to enter the Time/
Date setup menu.
Press ENTER again; the field that identifies the pro-
gram number flashes and you can choose the pro-
gram to be started by turning the knob. Then confirm
by pressing ENTER.
Then turn the knob to view the various items to
be set: hou (hour), Min (minutes), dAY (day), Mth
(month) and YEA (year).
Press ENTER to enter the various items, change the
values by turning the knob and then confirm the
changes by pressing ENTER.
After setting the time, the equipment asks for confir-
mation, press ENTER.
The display shows a summary of the data entered: it
shows the selected program, the day and time of the
delayed startup set, reported by the dl item and with
the “Clock” item flashing.
NOTE - by activating a delayed start, the machine
locks up when the program starts and you cannot use
it.
NOTE - To remove the delayed startup, re-enter the
menu and set “----” under Pro (program), turn the
knob until the “Conf” is displayed and press ENTER.
