13 • DISPLAYING TEMPERATURES
Simultaneously pressing the CAVITY TEMPERATURE
and PRObE / TIME keys for 5 seconds will allow you
accessing the screen that displays the current tempe-
ratures.
Turning the knob, you can view the temperatures
relating to:
• Pt1 - Cavity temperature
• Pt2 - Discharge temperature
• Pt3 - Vent temperature
• Pt - Core probe temperature
After about 30 seconds the device automatically
comes out of the temperature display, press the P
button to exit manually (back).
14 • SAVING PROGRAMS
After finishing the program in manual mode, you can
save the preset program.
Press the P button for about 5 seconds. It’s displayed
the screen that allows the management of programs.
Press ENTER to select the SA (save) item.
NOTE - The programs are saved with the name P
(Program) followed by a 2-digit number.
The device automatically proposes the first available
number for saving the recipe; turn the knob to change
it.
NOTE - If you change an existing program, the device
proposes to overwrite it.
NOTE - If an existing number is entered, it is display-
ed by means of PrE. However, you can still overwrite
it.
Press ENTER to save. The device only requires a
further confirmation, so press again ENTER.
The saving is confirmed by a double beep and the
main screen reappears.
NOTE - You can save up to 95 programs.
Saving a program can only take place with the device
in STOP mode.
