19.5 • SERVICE AREA - SAVE HACCP

Insert the USb stick into the port.

From the service area, enter the USb submenu using 

the knob and pressing ENTER.

SAVE HACCP 
(also available without entering the user password)

Turn the knob until the SA (Save) item is displayed 

and press ENTER to select it.

Confirm the operation by pressing ENTER again.

After the operation, the YES message is displayed.

Press P (back) to return to the main menu.

DELETE RECIPES 

Turn the knob until the Pro CAn (delete programs) 

item is displayed and press ENTER to select it.

Confirm the operation by pressing ENTER again.

After the operation, the YES message is displayed.

Press P (back) to return to the main menu.
