11.2 • MANUAL - COOKING CYCLE: CONVECTION WITH CORE PROBE (OPTIONAL)
NOTE - “Flash Dry” option is provided only in the
convection cooking mode.
NOTE - The new humidity percentage that you want to
set continues to flash until it is confirmed; if this does
not occur within a few seconds, the program will
keep the old value.
NOTE - While running a program, you can manually
inject humidification water: when a program is run-
ning, press the HUMIDITY button. The humidity value
displayed flashes, so press the HUMIDITY button
again and hold it down. The equipment injects humi-
dification water until the button is released.
Then set the fan speed (if any), using the FAN SPEED
button; by default, it is set to the maximum level, so
to decrease press the switch.
The change is immediate and it is not necessary to
press any other key to confirm the change.
Once all the different values have been set, press
START / STOP to begin the cycle.
NOTE - If the door is open, the cycle will not start.
Close the door firmly and press START / STOP again.
Once you start the cycle, the LED above the START /
STOP button turns green and the display shows the
temperature in the cavity.
NOTE - With the program running, you cannot change
the cooking mode or switch between the core probe
mode to the time mode and vice versa, but you can
act on any other values (cavity temperature, probe
temperature, humidity and fan speed).
You can add further cycles even when the program is
running.
During the cycle, it is possible to open the door; in
this case, the led flashes green and the cycle is mo-
mentarily interrupted until the door is closed again.
At the end of the program the device beeps, shows
the “End Cooc” (end of cooking) message on the
display and the LED turns off.
