7 ONLINE MODULE CHANGE

7.5 Precautions for Online Module Change

The following are the precautions for online module change.

(1) Always perform an online module change in the correct procedure. Failure to do

so can cause a malfunction or failure.

(2) If a module change is changed online with the user range setting, the accuracy

after that will be decreased by approx.3 times compared with the one before the
restoration.
Re-set the offset/gain values as necessary.

(3) During online module change, do not perform the operations below.

If they are performed, the Q64RD/Q64RD-G may not operate normally.

(a) Powering off the programmable controller CPU

(b) Resetting the programmable controller CPU
