The 2nd reference point return
was attempted, even though the
1st reference point return was
not completed.
•
Execute the 2nd reference point
return again after the 1st
reference point return is
completed.
OPW0137 No mode
Neither the automatic nor
manual mode has been
selected.
•
Select the automatic or manual
mode.
OPW0138 Ref. point return
in research
When moving manually to the
program restart position, the
axis was moved in the reference
point return mode.
•
Move to the restart position in the
jog feed mode.
OPW0150 Now skip on
The skip signal was input when
the skip return operation
changed to the measurement
operation.
•
Increase the skip return amount.
OPW0151 No skip
Even though the 1st skip was to
the correct position, the 2nd skip
could not be found.
•
Check whether the measurement
target has moved.
OPW0160 Chopping
axis
ZRN incomplete
The chopping signal turned ON
before the chopping axis zero
point return was completed.

Turn OFF the chopping signal,
and execute the chopping axis
zero point return.
OPW0161 Chopping
override zero
The override amount became
"0" during the chopping
operation.
•
Check the chopping override
amount.
•
Check the rapid traverse override
when in rapid traverse.
OPW0162 Chopping
axis

A chopping axis command was
issued from the program during
the chopping mode.
•
Reset, or turn OFF the chopping
signal.
•
The program movement
command is executed after a
return to the reference position
when the chopping signal is
turned OFF.

The bottom dead center position
was set to the same position as
the top dead center position by
the chopping operation
command.
•
Correctly set the bottom dead
center position.

The chopping signal was turned
ON when the chopping axis was
selected as the handle axis or
when the axis was being moved
manually.
Or, the chopping axis was
selected as the handle axis
during a chopping operation or
when the axis was being moved
manually.

Select an axis other than the
chopping axis as the handle axis,
or turn ON the chopping signal
after stopping the manual feed of
the chopping axis.
