Misoperation prevention and parameter setting restriction
4.16.3 Reverse rotation prevention selection (Pr.78)
Set this parameter when you want to limit the motor rotation to only one direction.
This parameter is valid for all of the reverse rotation and forward rotation keys of the operation panel and parameter unit
(FR-PU07), the start signals (STF, STR signals) via external terminals, and the forward and reverse rotation commands
through communication.
4.16.4 Extended parameter display (Pr.160)
(1) Display of simple mode parameters and extended parameters
(Pr.160)
When
Pr.160
= "9999", only the simple mode parameters can be displayed on the operation panel and parameter unit
(FR-PU07). (Refer to the parameter list,
, for the simple mode parameters.)
In the initial setting (
Pr.160
= "0") status, simple mode parameters and extended parameters can be displayed.
This function can prevent reverse rotation fault resulting from the incorrect input of the start signal.

REMARKS
When communication is used to read the parameters, all parameters can be read, regardless of the
Pr.160
setting.
When RS-485 communication is used to read the
parameters, all parameters can be read, regardless
of the
Pr.550 NET mode operation command source
selection
,
Pr.551 PU mode operation command source
selection
, regardless of
Pr.160
setting.
Pr.15 Jog speed setting
,
Pr.16 Jog acceleration/deceleration time
, and
Pr.991 PU contrast adjustment
are displayed as simple mode
parameter when the parameter unit (FR-PU07) is fitted.
OP indicates a communication option.
