Clearing Internal Jams

How do I remove a media jam inside the printer with the 4-bin
mailbox installed?

Slide the mailbox as far as possible
to the back of the printer.

Open the top cover.

Fully lower the stopper to support
the top cover.

Follow the procedure for removing
