Before starting any servicing,
the main switch must be set to O
and the plug disconnected from
socket.
7.1.
OVERALL CLEANING
After every work cycle, carefully
clean the machine and all its parts;
vacuum chips and dust, and
remove any other residue using
(low pressure) compressed air.
7.2.
GENERAL LUBRICATION
Every approximately 500 hours,
use a vegetable brush to remove
chips and dust from all the
machine driving chains.
Thoroughly clean the belts by
means of compressed air and
spread all the clearance fits of the
machine with a light layer of oil or
grease.
Protect all belts and pulleys to
avoid contamination with oil.
7.3.
BELT TENSIONING
Periodically check the belt A (fig.
1) for proper tension.
This should be done as it is subject
to wear and may slacken due to
its resiliance.
When necessary, replace the belt
following the instructions in Par. 5.1.
Proper tensioning of the belt is
assured by the spring D; for
adjustment screw down the screw
B, leaving a space of at least 0.5
mm (in tensioned conditions) with
respect to the block C.

7.1.
PULIZIA GENERALE
Dopo ogni ciclo di lavoro, pulire
accuratamente la macchina e tutti
i suoi organi, aspirando trucioli e
polvere, e rimuovere ogni residuo
mediante un getto di aria compres-
sa (a bassa pressione).
7.2.
LUBRIFICAZIONE
GENERALE
Ogni 500 ore circa, mediante una
spazzola vegetale, spazzolare tut-
te le catene di trasmissione della
macchina per asportare trucioli e
polvere.
Pulirle a fondo con un energico
soffio di aria compressa e cospar-
gere tutti gli accoppiamenti mobili
della macchina con un leggero
velo di olio o grasso.
Proteggere tutte le cinghie e le
puleggie per evitarne la possibile
contaminazione con il lubrifican-
te.
7.3.
TENSIONAMENTO
CINGHIA
Accertarsi periodicamente del-
l’esatto tensionamento della cin-
ghia A (fig. 1) in quanto per
fenomeni di usura o di elasticità
propria della cinghia, si può verifi-
care un allentamento.
Quando necessita sostituire la cin-
ghia seguendo le istruzioni del
par.5.1.
Il giusto tensionamento della cin-
ghia è assicurato dalla molla D;
per la registrazione avvitare la vite
B lasciando uno spazio(in condi-
zioni di tensionamento) rispetto il
blocchetto C di almeno 0,5 mm .
