10. Various operations by S function data
CSD-892-73 consists of two(2) measurement mode as [Simple comparison mode] and [5
steps comparator mode], and furthermore, [Simple comparison mode] includes [Batch mode]
and [Discharge mode]. The comparison result of the set value and the measuring value can
be output by selecting either of mode, and also setting the necessary parameter. The outside
equipment such as PLC and PC can be controlled by allocating the function to the external
control output ([OUTPUT1] ~ [OUTPUT5]) of a lower terminal block. Please refer to the
followings for the selection method and the setting method of each mode.
The outline of each mode is as follows:
(1) Simple calibration mode
Whenever the result of comparing the set value with the measuring value meets the
condition of judgement, the output is always ON.
There are two(2) control mode in the simple comparison mode, and either [Simple
comparison batch mode] or [Simple comparison discharge mode] is selected.
Please refer to [11-2.] for the details of comparison and judgement condition.
(2) 5-steps comparator mode
The result of comparing the set value with measuring value is output.
After the measuring value is compared with one of the set values, ON/OFF of the output is
decided on the condition of over and under.
The comparison value can be set up to
