Requirements:

The required tyre-change tool kit is available.
If your vehicle is not equipped with the tyre-
change tool kit, consult a qualified specialist
workshop to find out about suitable tools.

The vehicle is not on a slope.

The vehicle is on solid, non-slippery and level
ground.

Apply the electric parking brake manually.
#
Move the front wheels to the straight-ahead
position.

Switch off the engine.
#
Make sure that the engine cannot be started.

Place chocks or other suitable items under
the front and rear of the wheel that is diago‐
nally opposite the wheel you wish to change.

Removing and fitting hub caps

Plastic hub cap
#
To remove: turn the centre cover of the hub
cap anti-clockwise and remove the hub cap.
#
To fit: make sure that the centre cover of the
hub cap is turned anti-clockwise.
#
Position the hub cap and turn the centre
cover clockwise until the hub cap engages
physically and audibly.
